| 摘 要： | 在阐述可再生能源特征的基础上，对我国可再生能源开发利用中存在的技术、资金、市场、机制等方面的问题进行了详细的分析，提出了制定发展规划、加强法制建设、建立合理的管理机制、公平分配能源、给予政策和资金支持、加快产业化的进程、建立科研和服务体系、开展国际合作等将是21世纪可再生能源可持续利用的主要对策。

| Abstract: | On the basis of expatiating the specialty of renewable energy, the author analyzes in detail the issues that exist in renewable energy exploitation and utilization in our country which are technique, bankroll, market, mechanism etc, and puts forward several primary countermeasures that the renewable energy utilizes persistently in 21st century which are working-out developmental layout, enhancing legal construction, establishing rational administration mechanism, distributing energy impartially, giving support in policy and bankroll, quickening industrialization course, establishing scientific research and service system, and spreading international cooperation. |
