开关磁阻电动机调速系统控制器的设计

摘    要:介绍了开关磁阻电动机调速系统(SRD)的特点及组成,对控制器的硬件电路及软件进行了设计.控制器以AT89C51为主控单元,采用硬件模拟PI双闭环调节,发出相通断信号和脉宽调制(PWM)信号,并和电流、电压等保护信号以及斩波信号相结合,实现对主功率元件的通断控制.软件采用模块化编程,提高了程序的通用性和可读性.

Abstract:The characteristics and structure of switched reluctance motor (SRD) are introduced and the hardware circuit of the controller and related software are designed. Using AT89C51 as the main control unit, adopting PI adjustment, the controller produces the on/off and pulse-width modulation(PWM) signals of each phase. Combining with the protecting signals and current chopping signals, it can control the IGBT on and off. The software increases the universality and readability of the program by utilizing modular program.
