摘    要:介绍了潜在故障的概念,然后针对潜在故障的特点,结合SAEJA1011和MSG-3的故障管理策略,说明了适用于潜在故障的维修工作类型是SAE中的视情维修,在MSG-3中与之相对应的是检查/功能检查。通过运用功能检测风险模型,举例说明了对满足一定可靠度要求的检查间隔的确定方法。

Abstract:The concept of potential failure is introduced.Maintenance work type which is applicable to potential failures is on condition maintenance based on the combination of the description on failure management policy in SAE JA1011 and the discussion on the features of potential failures.As is correspond to check/function check in MSG-3.A means applied to identify check intervals according with some reliability demand is described by illustrating an example.
