| 摘 要： | 建立了直接电位滴定法测定含乌梅复方制剂中游离有机酸的方法．实验表明，复方制剂稚泻停口服液中游离有机酸总量为8.33×10-3mol／L，RSD=0.54%(n=7)．柠檬酸回收试验结果为97.46%～104.96%．该方法可作为稚泻停口服液的质量标准，也可用于其他复方制剂中游离酸总量的测定．
