| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国女子铅球运动成绩下滑的现状，对少年女子铅球运动员的科学选才，基础训练和专项基本技术训练几个方面的早期训练问题进行了分析，就少年女子铅球运动员的早期训练提出了建议。
