极难选煤洗选工艺的技术改造

摘    要:西曲选煤厂原分选工艺为跳汰主选、中煤重介旋流器再选、煤泥浮选联合流程。2001年后,根据原煤性质的变化,采用国内新研制的大直径无压三产品旋流器作为主要重选设备、煤泥重介旋流器作为辅助分选设备,在原有厂房的基础上,对选煤工艺进行了大规模技术改造,显著提高了选煤效率;大型加压过滤机、在线测灰仪的使用,降低了产品水分,保证了产品质量。

Abstract:The original washing technique adopted in Xiqu Coal Mine was a com bi ned process of the main washing by jigger, the re-washing by middle coal heavy medium cyclone, and the sludge floatation. After 2001, according to the variatio n of the raw coal's nature, Xiqu Coal Mine adopted the large-diameter non-pres sure three products cyclone as the main gravity floatation equipment, the sludge heavy medium cyclone as the secondary separation equipment, and based on the or iginal workshops, made large-scale technical transformation, and obviously incr eased the efficiency of the coal washing, and the use of large-scale pressure f ilter and the on-line ash meter reduced the moisture of the products and guaran teed the quality of the products.
