| Abstract: | This paper introduces briefly the exact solution of torsional strength for reinforced concrete members with circular cross-section and the lower-bound solution of torsional capacity for members with rectangular cross--section.
For the lower--bound solution of members with rectangular cross--section some modified recommendations are made and corresponding formula is presented. |
