| 摘 要： | 从人居环境研究的内容出发，采用中国城市统计年鉴的数据资料，以城市人居环境相关内容建立可持续人居环境评价指标体系，运用因子分析法和聚类分析法对西北地区22座城市进行了分析评价，揭示出经济发展是影响人居环境可持续发展的最根本因素，并划分出4类人居环境，提出了优化对策．

| Abstract: | Based on the research contents of human settlements, adopting the data of Urban Statistical Yearbook of China and using methods of factor-analysis and multiple-variable classification to analyze the 22 cities of Northwest China and announcing the economical developing factor is the main factor of human settlements development. Then it analyze four types of human settlements and put forward the improvement strategy. |
