| 摘 要： | 通过对科学与技术的辨析，指出中国管理思想是科学的，但是更偏重于技术的实用性，它同西方管理科学的发展不属于同一路径．为了从技术的视角更好地认识中国古代的管理思想，给出了“李约瑟之谜”的一种解释，亦求从科学与技术本身的内涵来理解中国古代管理思想的发展脉络．

| Abstract: | Through the analysis with respect to science and technology, it is found that Chinese ancient management thinking is a branch of science, although it emphasize on the practice of technology. In order to get a better understanding of Chinese ancient managements from technology perspective, an answer to Needham puzzle is proved. |
