| 摘 要： | 现代社会文化是以科学技术为基础的文化．近现代社会文明的发展，是以科学技术的参与程度作为其重要的标志．科学技术作为理性的主要载体，逐渐地成为人类社会文化的重要内容．科学技术对文化的作用，首先是对文化的物质层次发生作用，然后对文化的制度层次发生作用，最后对文化的观念层次发生作用，从而形成新的价值观念和社会文化。我们应该整合中国传统文化观念使之有利于中国社会的科学技术事业发展。
