湖北省地级市城市化水平综合评价研究

在阐明主要指标法评价城市化水平存在的问题基础上，根据城市化内涵及湖北省社会、经济发展的特点，在一定的原则基础上，从人口城市化、空间城市化、经济城市化和生活方式城市化等4个方面共选取了14项指标构建了湖北省城市化水平综合评价指标体系．运用2003年统计数据和城市化水平综合评价模型，对湖北省16个市、州城市化水平进行了综合评价．结论是：湖北省城市化水平大致分为5个层次，武汉城市化水平最高；鄂州、黄石城市化水平较高；宜昌、襄樊、潜江、荆门、仙桃城市化水平中等；孝感、荆州、天门、成宁、十堰、黄冈城市化水平较低；随州、恩施城市化水平最低．这充分反映了城市化发展的区域不平衡性和层次性，因此可供各级决策部门从区域整体来把握自己的优劣势，从而供决策时参考．

Synthesized evaluation of urbanization level of municipalities in Hubei province

By analyzing the main problems which are existing in the measurement of urbanization level with primary indicator in terms of the connotation of urbanization, estate the indicators system of urbanization level for Hubei province upon some principles. It consists of 3 estates, 4 kinds and 14 indicators, the 4 kinds include population, space, economy and living mode .Then using the data of 2003 and the evaluation model,evaluate the urbanization level of 16 municipalities in Hubei province, the conclusion is as following: the urbanization level of Wuhan is the best;that of Ezhou,Huangshi is the better; that of Yichang,Xiangfan,Qianjiang, Jingmen,Xiantao is good,Xiaogan, Jingzhou,Tianmen,Xianning,Shiyan,Huanggang is weak,while that of Shuizhou and Enshi is the weakest.lt reflects the distinction of urbanization level thoroughly. So it is necessary for the governments in different classes to recognize the strengths and weakness from the whole areas, in order to reduce the aimlessness.
