| 摘 要： | 随着篮球规则不断对进攻时间进行限制,无论是进攻与防守的地面制约,还是制空高度、制空能力的争夺都将更加激烈,这势必对攻守转换提出更高的要求。通过查阅文献资料,对篮球运动员攻守转换意识和技术、战术运用能力进行研究,以促使篮球运动员在比赛中能够把握攻防瞬间转换的有利时机与优势,获取最大的攻守效益。

| Abstract: | According to the basketball regulations there is a very strict offensive time limit.The abilities of field maneuver,commanding height and its manipulation should be further enhanced.And the time of the switch between offence and defense is rather demanding.This study will focus on the switch awareness,the techniques and tactics so as to help the basketball players seize favorable opportunities and advantages to make switches between offence and defense.The appropriate switches between them will achieve best results in basketball matches. |
