摘    要:纤细角毛藻作为海洋生物的饵料,生长密度低、应用成本高一直是制约其利用的关键因素.本研究采用自行研制开发的平板式密闭光生物反应器培养纤细角毛藻,考察光照强度、光照周期、通气量、接种量等环境因素对藻细胞生长的影响,并采用均匀设计方法获得了优化的培养条件:光照时间24h,光照强度为6mW/cm^2,通气速率为8.43L/min,在优化条件下预期细胞密度最大值可达(6.94±0.88)×10^8/mL,验证实验获得最大的细胞密度为(6.18±0.13)×10^8/mL,理论计算值与实验值一致.

Abstract:As the food of halobios, the application of Chaetoceros gracilis are limited for its low biomass and high application cost. In this study, the key effect factors such as light intensity, light/dark cycle, aeration velocity and inoculation density are investigated by uniform design method. The optimal culture conditions are obtained as 24 h of light irradiation time, 6 mW/cm2 of light intensity and 8.43 L/min of aeration velocity. Under the optimization condition, the anticipative maximum cell density could reach to(6.94 ± 0.880)× 10^8/ mL, which consists with the experimental value(6.18±0.13) × 10^8/mL.
