圆形筛动力学分析

摘    要:将圆形筛的运动简化为一般运动,视圆形筛框体及激振轴组成的振动体为一个简单的陀螺体。振动体的定点运动为作正向进动、负章动以及反向自转的规则运动;激振轴的定点运动为作正向进动、负章动以及正向自转的规则进动。选用莱沙尔系来建立并解出了振动体的定点运动微分方程,建立并解出了振动体质心运动微分方程。从而为求圆形筛上任一点的运动规律及圆形筛的设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:The motion of round-shaped shaker is simplified to the general motion and the vibrator that consists of frame and vibrator axis is taken as a simple gyroscope in the paper. The motion of vibrator around a fixed point is regular precession which is making positive going precession, negative going nutation and positive going rotation. Lesal’s coordinate system is used to develop and solve the differential equation of the motion of the vibrator around a fixed point and the differential equation of the motion around center of mass has been developed and solved, which is helpful for finding law of the motion of any point of the round-shaped shaker and for design round-shaped shaker.
