| 摘 要： | 采用霍兰德职业兴趣调查表测查贵州省高校在校大学生的职业兴趣倾向和特点,以性别、年龄、专业为自变量进行多元方差分析,研究结果发现:大学生的职业兴趣倾向顺序排名为:现实型、研究型、常规型、艺术型、经营型、社会型;性别和专业因素主效应均对现实型R、研究型I、艺术型A职业兴趣有极显著影响;年级因素主效应在现实型R、研究型I、艺术型A、社会型S、经营型E上作用极其显著;性别和专业、性别和年级的交互作用均不显著

| Abstract: | The tendencies and features of vocational interest of undergraduates in universities of Guizhou were surveyed by Holland's vocational interest inventory.The MANOVA analysis was conducted to the data by gender,age and major as independent variables.The order of six vocational interest is realistic,investigative,conventional,artistic,enterprising and social.Factors of gender and major all have remarkable influence on university students'vocational interest of being realistic,investigative and artistic.Grade factor has remarkable influence on the vocational interest of being realistic,investigative,artistic,social and enterprising.The interaction between gender and major and gender and grade is not notable. |
