环保型脲醛树脂的研制

摘    要:通过控制脲醛树脂生产过程中尿素与甲醛的摩尔比,加入聚乙烯醇改进其初粘性,加入三聚氰胺改进其耐水性并降低产品中游离甲醛的含量,并加入自制的稳定剂,在3ms工业反应釜上成功生产出无毒脲醛树脂,其质量指标达到GB/T14732—93标准,板材甲醛释放量达到E1标准,从而有利于降低所生产板材的甲醛含量。

Abstract:Environmental urea-formaldehyde resin was prepared in 3-stere reactor by controlling the mole ratio of urea and formaldehyde, adding PVA as the original sizing agent and adding melamine to improve the water resistance and decrease the content of formaldehyde as well as some self-made stabilizing additive. The quality of environmental protection for UF resin is coincided with GB/T14732-93, and the release amount of formaldehyde from the panel is coincided with E1.
