企业信息化的自组织思考

从自组织形成机理的角度分析了企业信息化的动力、内涵,认为企业自身的自组织进程和其信息子系统的自组织进程交织在一起,构成企业信息化的复杂性,信息化成败的关键在于创造适合企业信息化自组织进化的条件,激发企业信息化的自组织进程,提出信息子系统必须与企业整体进化过程相匹配,尤其应该重视人的作用和信息子系统建设过程中所形成的工作规范、习惯和模式。

On the Self-organization of Enterprise Informatizafion

This paper analyzes the motive and connotations of enterprise informatization from the perspec- tive of the forming mechanism of self-organization,and holds that the interweaving of the course of self-or- ganization with the self-organization of its information sub-system constitutes the complexity of enterprise in- formatization.The key to the success of informatization lies in the conditions suitable for the evolution of the self-organization of enterprise informatization to activate the progress of self-organization of enterprise in- formatization.It puts forward that information sub-system must match the process of overall progress of en- terprise and special attention must be paid to the effects of human resource and the working criteria,habits and modes resulted from the building of information sub-systems.
