摘    要:六祖惠能是禅宗史上一个非常重要的人物,他是中国禅宗的真正创建者,被指称为肉身菩萨。惠能坐化后,首开以肉身为胎塑成夹纻真身像的风气,这是与佛教本土化后其葬俗的演变有密切关系。其真身坐像对其身后树立南宗法统地位的运动及佛教肉身崇拜文化产生了深远影响。

Abstract:Hui Neng, the Sixth Patriarch, is a very important person and an undoubted creator in the history of the Chan sect, and is regarded as flesh body Bodhisattva. After he passed away while sitting legged, his body was made into a roughcast statue mixed with ramie for the first time in history. This reflects a close-knit connection of the burial custom transmutation after Buddhism indigenization. His seated statue produces far-reaching influences on the culture of Buddhism human body worship and the movement of establishing the authority position of the South Chan Sect after his oar nirvana.
