| 摘 要： | 岭南是佛教从海路传入中国的"第一站"。广州曾是中国早期三大译经中心之一。《六祖坛经》诞生于岭南。岭南在历史上高僧云集,岭南佛教禅宗传续不断、生机勃发。岭南也是南禅向外传播的始发港。因此,岭南对中国佛教发展的意义重大,作出了不可替代的贡献。

| Abstract: | Lingnan was the first place where Buddhism was introduced into China by sea,and Guangzhou used to be one of the three sutras translating centers in the early period of Chinese history.The Platform Sutra of the Sixth Patriarch originated in Lingnan,where eminent monks gathered and Zen sects developed vigorously in history.It was also where Nan Zen Sect started to spread to other places.Therefore,Linnan plays a key role in the development of Chinese Buddhism,making an irreplaceable contribution. |
