| 摘 要： | 在分析学术不端行为的主要表现行为、危害和原因的基础上,结合学报编辑的特点提出了学报编辑防范学术不端行为的对策,包括建立对编辑的问责制度、加强对数据和相关材料的审核、充分利用学术不端文献检测系统、加强对注释和参考文献的核实、提高编辑的职业道德和专业水平。

| Abstract: | Base on the analysisof scientific misconduct in the performance of the main-acts, and causes damage, and the combination of editorial features,the paper proposes the strategy to prevent scientific misconduct, including the establishment of editorial accountability system, strengthening of data and audit related materials, full use of the literature of scientific misconduct detection system, to strengthen the verification of comments and references, to imorove the editin~ of professional ethics and nrofessional standards. |
