| 摘 要： | 运用博弈论理论分析了民间借贷的保护机制——惯例形成的根据。进一步研究了惯例的经济价值——节省社会交易成本，并实现了非正式制度的资源配置功能。

| Abstract: | With the Game Theory the article analyses the protection mechanism of nongovernmental debit and credit--the basis of tradition's shaping.Furthermore,it has studied the economic value of general tradition--saving the social cost of exchange and carried out the functionality of collocating economic resource by the unoffical system. |
