冠心舒通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效观察

目的:观察冠心舒通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法:试验组302例,口服冠心舒通胶囊3粒/次,每日3次;对照组130例,口服精制冠心胶囊3粒/次,每日3次.结果:试验组和对照组心绞痛的显效率分别为30.9%与19.2%,总有效率为84.5%与69.2%,两组疗效比较P＜0.01;心电图显效率为15.0%与11.5%,总有效率为45.5%与40.0%,两组比较P＞0.05;证候显效率为 31.8%与22.3%,总有效率为87.7%与68.5%,两组比较P＜0.01.两组治疗后胆固醇均降低 ,疗前疗后自身比较P＜0.05.在临床研究中未发现明显不良反应.结论: 冠心舒通胶囊是一种安全、有效的预防和治疗冠心病心绞痛的蒙药新药.

The Observation on Clinical Effects of Guanxin Shutong Capsule Treating Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris.

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Guanxin Shutong capsule treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:In experimental group 302 cases treated with Guanxin Shutong capsule,3 capsules/time,3 times/day;in control group 130 cases treated with Jingzhi Guanxin capsule,3 capsules/time,3 times/day.Results:The results showed that the effectual rate for angina pectoris for experimental group and control group was 30.0% and 19.2% respectively,the general effective rate was 84.5% and 69.2%,and the therapeutic effects of two groups showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.01);the effectual rate of ECG was 15.0% and 11.5%,the general effective rate was 45.5% and 40.0%,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the effectual rate of symptoms was 31.8% and 22.3%,the general effective rate was 87.7% and 68.5%,whose differences were very significant statistically(P<0.01);there was no obviously adverse reaction discovered in the process of experiment.Conclusion: Guanxin Shutong capsule is an effective,safe and new Mongolian Medicine.It will be widely used to prevent and treat the coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
