磁流变液阻尼器的参数优化与特征仿真

摘    要:基于液压流体力学的液压缸设计理论,由磁流变液的物理性质建立了单筒压差流动和剪切流动混合模式磁流变液阻尼器的力学模型,用数值计算方法对磁流变液阻尼器的参数进行了模拟仿真研究,求得缸体和活塞之间的缝隙、活塞的运动速度及磁流变液的粘性系数与阻尼力之间的关系,确定了最佳的磁流变液阻尼器设计参数.定量描述了磁流变液阻尼器的非线性阻尼特性,为单筒压差流动和剪切流动混合模式磁流变液阻尼器的设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Based on the theory of hydraulic cylinder design and physical properties of MRF,a mechanical model of MRF dampers with mixed mode of pressure-gradient flow and shear flow in a single cylinder was developed,the parameters of MRF dampers were simulatively investigated numerically,the relationship of damping to the clearance between the cylinder and piston,piston velocity,and MRF viscosity was obtained,and the optimal MRF damper's designing parameters were determined.Non-linear damping characteristics of MRF dampers was described qualitatively,providing a theoretical basis for the design of MRF dampers with mixed mode of pressure-gradient flow and shearing flow in a single cylinder.
