容差电路故障诊断的模糊屏蔽字典法

摘    要:提出了一种可用于诊断容差模拟电路软故障与多故障的模糊屏蔽字典法。基于网络分析与支路屏蔽的原理,分析计算了容差对端口特征量的影响,据此提出了故障阈值函数与故障判据,以实现容差电路的准确故障检测。然后通过构造合适的故障隶属函数来实现故障定位,有效地避免了故障因素与容差因素的相互交叠,大大降低了故障与容差间的模糊性。仿真试验表明,该法故障定位准确性高。

Abstract:A fuzzy screen dictionary method for diagnosing soft faults and multiple faults in tolerance circuits is put forward. Based on the network analysis and the principle of branch screening, tolerance's effect on terminal performance is analyzed and calculated. Under the full consideration of fault and tolerance's effect, a fault threshold function and a fault criterion are proposed and applied to fault detection. A fault membership function is then constructed and used for fault location. Accordingly, superposition effect between tolerance and fault is efficiently avoided, and fuzziness between fault and tolerance is greatly reduced. The proposed strategy is demonstrated by the simulation tests.
