| 摘 要： | 冷连轧复合材料打磨机用于复合材料冷连轧前的表面处理，是钢基复合冷连轧材料生产的关键设备之一。武汉某公司的复合材料生产线上的打磨机存在打磨缺陷，不能实现材料表面完全打磨。针对其打磨缺陷，通过现场实验，调整压辊高度及其与打磨机的相对位置，改善打磨效果。

| Abstract: | Belt grinder is used for surface treatment before the cold continuous rolling of compound material.It is one of the key equipments on the production line of steel-base cold-continuous-rolled compound material.In a certain company of Wuhan,there are some faults with the belt grinding.As a result,belt grinding of material surface is not complete.In light of this and with the help of field test,the altitude of pressure roller and the relative position of pressure roller against belt grinder have been regulated with belt grinding significantly improved. |
