| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、访谈法和统计学方法对河南省固始县小学数学青年教师培训班学员的现状进行了调查,从理清课程设置与主讲教师和学员之间的关系、分析小学数学教师的现状、关注成人学习的特点、确定培训课程内容、改革培训教学方式、注重培训教学评价等几个方面进行了分析、探讨和实践,以便为进一步推动培训工作提供相应的依据.

| Abstract: | By questionnaire survey procedure,discussion approach and statistics method,investigated current situation of young mathematics teachers attending in training class in rural primary schools of Gushi County,Henan Province.Discussed,analyzed and practiced in some aspects including disentanglement of relation between course design,leading teacher and student,analysis on current situation of mathematics teacher in primary schools,focus on characteristics of adult’s study,confirmation on content of training courses,reform on teaching style of training,and stress on evaluation of training to provide corresponding basis on carrying out training for further step. |
