| 摘 要： | 运用Matlab语言建立电容传感器的数学模型，利用SIMULINK的模块库和s函数对电容传感器的动态特性进行动态仿真，并用试验数据曲线验证模型的正确性；为研究传感器的动态特性和故障诊断研究建立了一种灵活的仿真平台，通过演算，得出影响动态特性的具体因素，从而提出改善影响动态特性的方法．

| Abstract: | Building the mathematical model of capacitance sensor by using Matlab language,in this article the dynamic simulation was carried on using the modular block library of SIMULINK and S-function of Matlab,and the confirmation model of tentative data curve was used to test the accuracy.A flexible simulation platform for dynamic characteristic and fault diagnostics was established,in which the specific factors affecting the dynamic characteristics was elicited through calculation,and the methods to improve it also were proposed. |
