摘    要:基于CAE技术,对带有柔性嵌件的纸芯空气滤清器进行了填充、冷却和翘曲等模拟分析.因塑件框架壁薄,确定了边缘多点进浇方案,可避免熔体直接冲击纸芯嵌件.针对空滤器塑件框架由于收缩引起的不可避免的内凹变形,设计了合理的冷却方案,提出了模具型腔外凸的反变形设计方法,使空滤器安装平面变形得到合理的控制.采用立式注塑机和一个前模、两个后模的生产组合方式,显著提高成型效率,降低成本,所生产的空滤器产品质量好,与采用简化结构的模拟结果相符.

Abstract:The CAE technology is used to simulate and validate the filling,cooling and wrapping process of air filter with a flexible paper insert.According to the plastic part's feature,a pouring program with multi-spots is adopted to prevent the polymer melt from direct impacting on the paper insert.The concave deformation of the plastic frame is mainly caused by shrinkage but inevitable,therefore,a molding design program with a convex cavity is put forward to controlling the deformation of the assembly plane of air filter.By using a combination mode of vertical plastic injection molding machine with a moving mold and two fixed molds,both the forming efficiency is improved and the average cost is reduced greatly.The products have a good quality,which also accords with the simulation results.
