基于模糊PI控制的永磁同步电动机伺服控制器设计

摘    要:采用模糊PI控制代替传统PI控制的方法,以提高永磁同步电动机的控制性能.该方法通过检测电机转速和定子电流的瞬时值与给定值的偏差和偏差的变化率,在线查表选择适当的P、I参数,实现了永磁同步电动机的伺服控制,所有的表格都是通过实践经验制定出来的.仿真结果表明,采用模糊PI控制能够比传统PI控制更加有效地提高系统的响应速度,减小电机在暂态和稳态下的转矩脉动,以及提高系统运行的稳定性。

Abstract:The fuzzy PI control of the servo controller of permanent magnet synchronization motor (PMSM) was presented as a replacement of the traditional PI control to improve the controlling performance of PMSM. In this method, by detecting the rotor speed error and stator current error as well as their variation rate between the instant value and the referenced value, the parameters P and I can be decided by looking up on-line empirical data, thus realizing the servo control of PMSM. Simulation results prove that, compared with the traditional PI control, fuzzy PI control can effectively increase the response speed of the system, reduce the torque pulses of the motor in both transient and stable states and improve the system stability.
