水葫芦厌氧发酵产气规律

摘    要:对水葫芦厌氧发酵产气规律进行了研究,对比了不同的温度、接种率、破碎程度对水葫芦厌氧发酵产气的影响。35℃与55℃相同接种比例条件下,55℃条件下产气量更大,产气速度明显加快,但系统酸化阶段没有明显缩短;接种率为1:1左右有利于反应的进行;另外,样品破碎程度对发酵速率也有影响。

Abstract:Production of biogas from water hyacinth by anaerobic digestion is studied in this paper. Parameters affecting the anaerobic digestion such as size of feed of water hyacinth, temperature, ratios of the water hyacinth to inoculated sludge, etc., are tested to optimize the digestion process. It is found that higher temperature, appropriate inoculation rate, such as 1 to 1, and proper size of feed are favorable to the digestion and generation of biogas.
