摘    要:本文研究蚯蚓在不同生活污水污染土壤中的生长与繁殖情况,发现随着实验时间的延长,蚯蚓的存活率不断下降。洗涤灵污水污染土壤中蚯蚓的存活率整体上高于洗衣粉污水。洗涤灵污水对蚯蚓平均体重的影响低于洗衣粉污水。洗涤灵污水污染土壤中蚯蚓的繁殖率整体上比洗衣粉污水的要高。两种污水污染土壤中蚯蚓的存活率、增重和繁殖率都是随着污水浓度的增大而降低。本研究可为利用蚯蚓对生活污水污染土壤的生物修复提供理论参考。

Abstract:The growth and reproduction of earthworms in different polluted soil by sewage is studied in this thesis. Tile results show that the surviving rate of earthworms is descending during experiments periods. In general, the surviving rate and reproduction rate of earthworms in washing - up liquid polluted soil is higher than that of washing powder. The average weight of earthworm in washing - up liquid polluted soil is lower than that of washing powder. The surviving rate, average weight and reproduction rate of earthworms in polluted soil by different sewage are falling with the increasing concentrate of sewage. The study will provide theoretical reference for sewage bio - rehabilitation of polluted soil by adding earthworm.
