复合转子永磁同步电机永磁段计算长度的研究

摘    要:本文用分离变量法研究了用于“弱磁”扩速目的复合转子结构永磁同步电机的永磁段计算长度,阐明了永磁体长度和高度,磁阻段长度以及中间间隙长度对永磁体计算长度的影响,获得了永磁体计算长度的经验公式,已用于实际电机设计。

Abstract:The effective armature length of the permanent magnet(PM) part is studied using variable separating method for permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM) with composite PM rotor for flux-weakening operation, and the effeCts of the length and height of the PM part, and of the length of the reluctance part and inner gap on the effective armature length of the PM part have been disclosed clearly.An experimental formula is obtained from the study,which has been used in the practical design conveniently.
