摘    要:以心理健康学习评价方法为研究对象,以教育学理论、心理学理论和现代教学论为理论研究基础,以<体育与健康>课程目标为依据,以多元化评价主体,以心理健康为切入点,筛选最佳评价主体和最佳评价方法,构建促进学生全面发展的学习评价方法,以推进<体育与健康>课程学习评价的改革,为学校体育科学化发展提供理论依据.

Abstract:This paper, using the theory of education, psychics and pedagogics as the theoretical foundation, taking the physical education and healthy course as the object, taking multiple evaluation as the main body, taking multiple evaluation matter as threshold, selects the optimal evaluation body and optimal evaluation method to establish the system of evaluation method that promotes students to develop in an all - around way and also accelerate reformation of evaluation in the physical education and health course, and then provides the theoretical foundation for the scientific development of physical education in universities.
