| 摘 要： | 通过对分形图像压缩理论的分析，用C语言开发了压缩静态图像数据的软件，对软件编码的具体方法、实现步骤和设计过程作了详细的讨论．并给出了测试结果，结果表明：分形思想提高了图像压缩比和编码、解码的速度．特别适于一次压缩、多次解压缩的场合.

| Abstract: | The software of the fractal compression for the static image is develop ed with C language by the theory of the fractal image compression.This essay dis cusses detail the specific method,process of realization and design for coding o f software,and the final result of test is given.The result declared:the thinki ng of fractal improves the ratio of compression and speed of encode and decode. |
