超声-臭氧法处理PTA模拟废水的影响因素

摘    要:运用超声、臭氧以及2种技术相结合的超声-臭氧方法处理对苯二甲酸(PTA)模拟废水,比较3种方法处理效果的差异,并讨论了臭氧流量、超声功率和模拟废水初始质量浓度对处理效果的影响.结果表明,超声-臭氧处理组对模拟废水的处理效率优于超声处理组和臭氧处理组.在40 h内超声-臭氧处理组的模拟废水COD由3 053.67 mg/L下降到73.24 mg/L,下降了97.60%,而超声处理组和臭氧处理组的模拟废水COD分别下降了93.30%和16.98%.臭氧流量、超声功率和模拟废水的初始质量浓度对反应体系的降解效果有显著的影响,提高超声功率和臭氧流量可以提高对模拟废水的处理效率.
