| 摘 要： | 本文在基于系统工程学理论研究的前提下,构建了可持续住宅评价体系,通过建立相应的数学模型和评价方法,对各种性能因素在不同阶段进行信息输入,经过分析、计算、评判、选择最优的实施方案,以达到住宅系统质量最优化、效益最大化、成本最低化的目的,实现其可持续发展的目标。

| Abstract: | Based on the research on system engineering theory, this article builds the sustainable housing evaluation system , Through the establishment of corresponding mathematical model and evaluation method, the various performance factors in different stage is input. The optimal implementation plan is analyzed, calculated and evaluated to achieve the quality of residential system optimization, efficiency maximization and minimization of cost and achieve the goals of sustainable development. |
