| Abstract: | According to the principle of system philosophy, the animal welfare law contains clear and reliable theoretical path, Thus it will have the most realistic feasibility. System philosophy, ecological civilization and construction of rule of law are cause-and- effect each other, accelerating the legislation of animal welfare, at the same time,will also mend the rift in the traditional ohilosoohv of law. |
