摘    要:作为建设创新型国家战略基础工程的科学传播,是一个宏大的复杂系统,该系统具备形成耗散结构的条件,即系统具有开放性、远离平衡态、存在涨落及系统各要素之间存在非线性相互作用等特点,运用耗散结构理论指导科学传播实践,将有助于我们认识科学传播实践的条件和规律,自觉推进其由低层次向高层次的有序转变。

Abstract:The paper thinks that science communication as a strategic foundation to build an renovation-oriented country is a giant complex system, and the system has the condition of forming dissipative structure. System has the characteristics of openness, being far from equilibrium state, fluctuations and nonlinear interaction among all the elements of system. Using the dissipative structure theory to guide the practice of science communication will help us to know its conditions and rules and consciously promote ordering transition from low level to high level.
