隧道特殊段衬砌碗扣支架法施工技术

摘    要:宜万铁路W17标合同段白岩洞隧道为预留双线电气化隧道,隧道全长410m,属典型的中短隧道。受线路地形制约,白岩洞隧道进口段为下锚加宽加高段,为满足该段二次衬砌大体积混凝土浇筑,确保衬砌施工质量,采用了双线隧道下锚段衬砌碗扣支架法,对隧道特殊地段的衬砌支架组合台车的设计和受力进行了分析,此方法可供同类工程应用和借鉴。

Abstract:Yiwang railway tunnel flows about 410 m,and belongs to typical short tunnel,which include W17 Baiyandong tunnel which is reserved bi-wring electrified tunnel.In the restricting of line terrain,entrance of Baiyandong is widen and heighten.In order to realize pouring by using bulk mass concrete and ensure quality of construction,the author adopted bi-wring bowl support act.The author analyzed design and stress of carriage of support combination in special section of an area which could support experience for algorithm engineering.
