镍-铁氢酶的研究进展

摘    要:近5年来,不少文章报道了镍-铁氢酶的研究,用生理的、化学的和光谱等方法,已发现许多氢酶含有镍,含镍氢只有镍的EPR特征信号,揭示镍参与氢酶的氧化还原反应,镍可能是结合分子氢的活性部位,在有活性氢酶形成中,镍可能与氢酶的活化或氢酶蛋白合成有关,EXAFS光谱研究发现,气酶中的?直接与硫原子配合,文中还提出镍-铁氢酶有待研究的问题。

Abstract:The Progress of Ni-Fe hydrogenase research in the last five years was brlefly reviewed in this paPer.It has been found, through physiologfcal,chemi- cal and spectroscopic studies, that there is a correlation between the Presence of Ni and activity in different species of hydrogenase and that some hydro-genase contain. Ni, Exidences. suggested that Ni is invelved in the oxidation-reduction reaction of hydrogenase and may te the active site for binding molecular hydrogen in hydrogenase. In hydrogenase formation, Ki Probably regulates the Protein synthesis or reactivates the apo-hydrogenase. EXAFS studies revealed that sulpaur is preesent in direct coordination of Ni in hy-drogenase. Questions related to Ni-Fe hydrogenase to be further studied are also suggested in this Peper.
