| 摘 要： | 二次纤维回收再利用是解决当前造纸工业原料短缺、能源紧张等问题的有效途径，但由于其废水排放量大，对当地水环境造成一定的影响。本文以江西省宜黄县为研究区域，以拟新建的年产10万吨白板纸厂项目为例，通过模型计算研究其对水环境的影响，论证在该地区发展二次纤维造纸企业的可行性。

Forecast and Analyses of the Influence of a New Secondary Fibre Paper Making Industry on the Regional Water Environment |

| Abstract: | Secondary fiber recovery paper-making was an effective way to solve the problems such as material shortage and energy crisis, but the industry had influences on the regional water environment due to great drainages of wastewater. Taking a new secondary paper making factory of 100,000 ton annual yield in Yihuang County of Jiangxi Province for example, this paper calculated and analyzed the influence of wastewater on the water environment, the results that acceptable pollution with not much influence on Yihuang River could be gotten with this new projects showed the feasibility of developments of the secondary fiber in papermaking industry |
