| 摘 要： | 利用组织培养方法探讨了文心兰(Orchidee oncidinm)人工种子的制作.用MS培养基在3.0mg/L BA+0.15mg/L IBA的激素条件下大量产生文心兰圆球体,利用圆球体制作人工种子.包埋凝胶采用2%海藻酸钠为包埋剂,制作的人工种子在常温下存放一周,在1/2MSO培养基上作发芽率试验.

| Abstract: | Being a newly-born bio-technique, artificial seeds of plants is promising in agricultural production. In this paper tissue culture is applied to study the production of arti-icial seeds orchidee oncidinm. in which artificial seeds were produced from which were in turn produced in large scale under hormone of BA3. 0mg/L + IBA0.15mg/L, the encapsu-lator used being Alginate of 2%. The artificial seeds were under geamination test on 1/2 MSO medium, after a week storage under normal temperature. |
