Ti/Ni/La离子注入电极的贮氢性能研究(英)

摘    要:用离子注入的新方法制备了贮氢合金材料.将Ni和La离子依次注入Ti基体中,形成Ti/Ni/La离子注入电极.研究了Ti/Ni/La电极的贮氨性能以及La的注量对这些性能的影响.用俄歇电子能谱(AFS)测量了各种元素在电极表面的摩尔分数随深度的分布.Ti/Ni/La电极表现出良好的贮氢性能并且容易活化,其贮氢性能与注入La的注量有关.

Abstract:A novel method of ion implantation is used to prepare hydrogen storage alloy electrods,Ni and La ions are implanted in turn into Ti substrates and Ti/Ni/La ion implanted electrode is formed. The hydrogen storage properties of the Ti/Ni/La electrodes and the effect of the fluence of La implandt on these properties are investigated.The concentration depthprofile of various elements at the surface of electrodes is also measured by Auger electron spectroscopy(AES).Ti/Ni/La electrodes show good hydrogen storage capacity and easy activation process.The hydrogen storage properties are associated with the fluence of La implant.
