病毒诱导基因沉默—植物抗病的可能机制

摘    要:植物抗病性是植物的一种属性,植物对病原体的抗性可以通过诱导产生,本文首先介绍了几十年来植物抗病性的研究进展,进而从病毒诱导基因沉默(Virus-induced gene silencing,VIGS)的遗传学和分子生物学角度对植物抗病性进行了探讨,指出病毒诱导基因沉默是植物抗病的可能机制,同时为功能基因组学的研究探索出一条有效的研究方法。

Abstract:Plant resistance against virus is a natural behavior,which is probably induced by virus itself.In this review paper the research progress of virus resistance in plant and the possible mechanism of virus resistance studied by means of virus-induced gene silencing have been summarized.It concluded that virus-induced gene silencing is a potential mechanism in plant resistance against virus.This mechanism in turn could provide an effective system for investigating functional genomics in plants.
