| 摘 要： | 普通高校篮球队作为普通高校培养优秀竞技体育后备人才摇篮，其科学管理水平对于学校体育发展具有举足轻重的作用，在多年的实践基础上，结合交流和访谈，认真总结，进行科学定位。本文就我校篮球队近年的管理，谈自身的一点体会，供同仁参考和深入探讨。
