摘    要:禾本科中一些植物如黑麦、玉米、小麦和大麦等,在花粉发育过程中生殖细胞和营养核的位置和移动有一定规律。禾本科植物生殖细胞的形成有一些研究,但意见不同,特别是生殖细胞壁的形成具不同观点。文章还对禾本科植物胚乳的细胞化作了比较和总结。从已有文献看,禾本科植物的卵细胞和合子的极性出现晚于其它被子植物。

Abstract:In the development of rye, zea mays, wheat and barley pollen grains, the localization and the position changing of the generative cell and the vegetative nucleus before and during mitosis is regular. The formation of the generative cells has been studied in several specieses in Gramineae, but the details are not all the same, especially in the generative cell wall formation, about which the anthers have different opinions. The cellulization of endosperm in Gramineae was summarized and compared. The appearance of the polarity of the egg cell and the zygote in Gramineae seems later than other angiosperms.
