基于CAN总线的矿井安全监控系统

摘    要:为保证矿井安全生产,针对井下环境的特殊性,提出CAN总线系统进行改进设计。改进内容包括系统构成、节点功能的软硬件实现、通讯协议中的标志符定义、内部优先级的分配以及错误传输的识别和重发。改进后的系统更加合理、针对性强,起到保障安全和减少故障发生的作用。实践证明该系统能够在井下长期稳定运行,安全可靠。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe production in the mine,this paper proposes revised design of CAN bus,based on special underground environment.The revision consists of system components,achieving software and hardware node function,defining identifiers in communication protocol,distributing internal priority,and identifying and rewiring the error transmission.Improved system,which proves more reasonable and targeted,serves the function of ensuring safety and reducing troubles.The practices prove that the system is capable of more stable,safe,and reliable operation in the mines.
