摘    要:在模糊物元分析原理的基础上,对隶属度函数进行分析,建立了基于改进隶属度函数的模糊物元多属性评价模型(IFMMAAM).给出了不同标准评价等级的改进隶属度函数的构造方法,把河流健康复杂系统评价的等级作为物元的事物,以各项评价指标及其相应的模糊量值构造复合模糊物元,通过计算与理想模糊物元之间的加权海明贴近度构造综合评价等级.澜沧江应用结果表明,运用IFMMAAM评价河流复杂系统健康是可行的,结论是合理的,IFMMAAM不仅能较好地处理多等级评价各等级之间的过渡问题,而且对于各种极端值问题也适用.

Abstract:To make the assessment results of river health complex system more reasonable,a new assessment model,improved degree of membership fuzzy matter-element multiple attribute assessment model(IFMMAAM),was proposed based on the principle of fuzzy matter-element and the analysis of membership function.An improved membership degree function was developed according to different assessment grades.Using the assessment grade of river health as the matter-element and constructing the compound fuzzy matter-element according to the fuzzy index value,the comprehensive assessment grade was established by Hamming approach degree between the compound fuzzy matter-element and the ideal fuzzy matter-element in IFMMAAM.The case study results in Lancang River indicate that the assessment results of river health system by IFMMAMM,which is applicable to the intergradation condition and extreme condition,are reasonable.It is a new method for the comprehensive assessment of complex river health system.
