| Abstract: | Objective: To improve teaching quality by enhancing the construction of the department system.Methods:perfecting the management system of the department,promoting the educational reform,and better dealing with the relationship between patient and doctor.Results:The teachers take positive attitude toward the project;students are interested in their study;the teaching quality is enhanced.Conclusion:Enhancing the construction of the department system has great significance in improving the teaching quality. |
