基于反求工程的螺旋扫描件边界提取方法研究

摘    要:复杂曲面零件的几何模型重构是反求工程的研究重点之一。针对螺旋零件表面的数字化数据提取边界线的问题,提出了一种基于层析数据的螺旋扫描件边界特征线提取方法。该方法分两步进行,首先将点云切片,对切片后每一层数据点进行边界特征点提取和轮廓线拟合;其次将相邻层边界点拟合得到边界线。通过实例验证,结果表明该方法具有较强的可操作性和实用性。

Abstract:One of the key research issues in Reverse Engineering is about the geometric modeling restruction of parts with complex surfaces. In order to solve the problem that how to extract the boundary from point clouds, this paper investigated the boundary extraction method in reverse engineering based on slicing data of spiral scanning parts. The boundary extraction process consists of two major steps: at first, doing layer contour feature point extraction and fitting cross section outlines using adjacent layer feature points after slicing the point clouds. Then, the trajectory can be fitted though the adjacent layer boundary points. This method has been proven to be operability and practicability though one typical spiral scanning part.
